i found the receptionists to be wonderful and very helpful. they were friendly (always a plus!). our room was immaculate and i loved the balcony it had. it was nice to open the door and look out onto the city.
i know they warned about noise, but it was unbelievably loud due to the music from the bar downstairs. the bar across the street also played amplified music. it created an absolute din (i've never experienced anything like it in a hotel!).
